AGE

• Renters over the age of 65 must provide a certificate from a doctor, which is valid for 6 months.

EQUIPMENT

• Child safety seats are available for $10 USD per day.

GAS

• All rentals are provided with a full tank of petrol and should be returned full to avoid any charges.

INSURANCE

• CDW is available for $12.50 USD per rental day.
• This reduces the renter liability to $125.00 for any damage that occurs to the rental vehicle under the terms and conditions of the rental contract.
• CDW does not cover Rims, Tires or Upholstery.
• If C.D.W. is declined, the hirer accepts full responsibility for all loss, damage, or loss of the vehicle caused by accident, fire or theft, regardless of who is at fault.

• Insurance (CLICO General Insurance Co. Ltd.): - All vehicles are covered by insurance including unlimited liability for passengers and third party personal injury coverage.

RESERVATIONS

• E-Z Rent-A-Car does not accept pre-payment for confirmed reservations for non-prepaid transaction, and you are not committed to make the associated rental. Therefore, these type of reservations are not intended to provide you with any legal or contractual right to compel E-Z Rent-A-Car, or any related affiliate, to establish a rental contract and/or transaction. Likewise, these type of reservations do not compel you to establish a rental contract with E-Z Rent-A-Car, nor will you receive any penalty or charge if this transaction does not occur.

RULES

• Original Drivers License from country of issue.
• Cost Of Rental (Payable by Credit Card - VISA, AMEX or MASTERCARD accepted or Cash with a Deposit).

• Local Drivers Permit is mandatory.

• We hold the ability to change these posted policies and procedures at any time.

• A local driver permit is required for all rentals. It will be issued by Drive-A-Matic for $5 USD.
• This permit is valid for two months.

• Additional drivers must meet the same rental qualifications as the primary driver.
• The additional driver fee is $3 USD per day per person.

• Rentals are allowed to all renters aged 21 years old and up to 70. No underage fee will be applied.

TAXES/FEES

• Only those taxes and fees which appear in the estimated total of the reservation and/or the rental agreement are applicable for a specific location. The base rate of the rental is guaranteed for the dates and times of the reservation, but taxes and fees may be changed by a governing authority prior to arrival at the rental counter. Any changes to the taxes and/or fees will be shown on the rental agreement at the opening of the rental agreement. Adding additional optional charges such as upgrades, GPS rentals, etc. at the rental counter may effect the amounts of the applicable taxes and fees.
